Training
At FG Electrical we have an applications area responsible for promoting and technically specifying the products we market. This team is responsible for updating the knowledge of the internal team and the sales force of our distributors.
We currently have courses, some of them endorsed by the STPS (Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare). We have in our team personnel accredited by the STPS itself as trainers and who can issue course certificates with curricular value.
Costs
If you are a collaborator or member of the direct or indirect sales force (commission agent), you can access the courses for free on our Intranet platform. If you are external or a business partner, the courses have a cost.
Costs range from 3,500 pesos plus VAT per course or 300 pesos plus VAT per person; up to 20,000 pesos plus VAT per course or 1,200 pesos plus VAT per person depending on the expertise of the speaker and their accreditations before the STPS.
The price of the course does not include any rental of training area or travel expenses.
Course Format:
If you are interested in having us teach courses for your sales forces, clients or internal staff, we have two ways:
1. In-person. Our trainer will contact you to find out your needs and will go to your office to teach the course personally. The cost of the course includes a notebook, pen and all the materials that the facilitator needs to carry out the course.
2. Online. Our trainer will contact you to find out your needs and adapt the course to your objectives. It will share a link where up to 15 people can connect simultaneously to participate in the course, being able to resolve their concerns and doubts regarding the product.
